新疆推进农村一二三产业融合发展模式及建议——基于南疆五地州的调查分析

摘　　要：现阶段推进农村一二三产业融合发展是缓解资源约束矛盾、增加农民收入、构建现代农业产业体系的重要举措。通过对新疆南疆五地州农村一二三产业融合发展情况开展实地调研,结果了解到南疆有种养加结合的循环农业型、产业化集聚型、嵌入式发展型、农业多功能拓展型、互联网+农业型、生态持续型等6种产业融合模式,这些模式对推进南疆农村一二三产业融合具有积极的借鉴作用,并提出新疆南疆产业融合发展的对策建议。At this stage to promote rural primary, secondary and tertiary industrial convergence development is important measures to relieve the contradictions of resource constraints, increase farmers＇ income, and build a modern agricultural industry system. This article investigated southern Xinjiang rural promote rural primary, secondary and tertiary industrial convergence development. The results showed that southern Xinjiang had planting, breeding, processing industry combination ircular agriculture model, industrial agglomeration model, embedded development model, the development of agricultural multi-function model, the Internet ＋ agriculture model, the ecological sustained model 6 kinds, which had positive reference function to promote rural primary, secondary and tertiary industrial convergence in southern Xinjiang. This paper put forward countermeasure suggestions of the development of industrial convergence in southern Xinjiang.
