人口流动对农村土地可持续利用的影响——以武乡县上司乡三村落为例

摘　　要：我国农村人口基数大,流动频繁。在农村人口大量流动的背景下,解决好农村土地可持续利用所面临的问题,就成为实现农村快速发展的关键。通过对黄土高原山区3个典型村落的土地利用现状进行调查研究,分析该地区土地可持续利用的制约因素,为促进该地区土地的可持续利用提出建议:引导农村人口的合理流动、创新居民点集约利用制度、推进农业产业化,并提出未来农村土地可持续利用的发展方向。China has a large rural population and faces the frequent migration. Based on that fact, a reasonable solution of many problems facing of the sustainable utilization of rural land is a necessary step to realize the rapid development of rural areas. On the basis of the literature, the paper studied the situation of rural land sustainable utilization of three typical villages of plateau region and analyzed the limited factors in the region. To promote the sustainable utilization of land in this area, this paper put forward some suggestions,including guiding a rational flow of rural population, innovating the system of the settlement intensive utilization, promoting agricultural industrialization, and put forward the future development direction of sustainable land use in rural areas.
