古典二元经济结构思想演变与比较——基于待遇的研究视角

摘　　要：二元经济结构是一个具有特定意义的历史概念,与"城市病"表现出的人口膨胀问题密切相关,对社会群体的待遇变迁产生了深远影响。回顾世界经济史,二元经济结构形成的关键在于存在一个劳动力逐步过剩的发展过程。二元经济结构思想起源于西欧国家工业化时期的经济变革,成型于二战后发展中国家的工业化和城市化进程。古典二元经济结构思想主要涉及工业与农业之间的关系、城市与乡村之间的关系,根源在于由不同群体构成的差别化的待遇结构。基于社会待遇结构和历史社会学研究视角,将古典二元经济结构思想演变纳入经济社会发展历程比较分析后认为,在我国"刘易斯拐点"全面到来之际推动二元经济结构转化,关键在于不断优化社会待遇结构,高度重视解决流动人口的"同城同待遇"问题。The dual economic structure is a meaningful historical concept, which is closely related to the population expansion problem expressed by ＂urban disease＂, which has profound influence on the change of social group. During world economic history, the key to the formation of dual economic structure is the existence of a gradual development of the labor process. Dual economic structure thought originated in the western european countries during the industrialization of economic change, forming in the post-world war II developing countries of the industrialization and urbanization process. The classical dual economic structure thought mainly involves the relation between industry and agriculture. The relationship between city and village lies in the differentiated treatment structure composed of different groups. Based on the perspective of social structure of treatment and historical sociology, the evolution of classical dual economic structure thought into the course of economic and social development is considered that the key to the transformation of dual economic structure in context of the arrival of ＂Lewis turning point＂ in China is to optimize the social treatment structure, and pay attention to solve the ＂same city with the treatment of the same population＂ problem.
