摘　　要：文章以经济发展进入新常态为背景,对区域协调发展机制的创新进行了深入探讨。区域经济发展经历了从不平衡发展到协调发展,再到协同发展的政策取向变迁。区域协调是发展目标,实现区域协同发展则是手段与路径。在比较优势发生动态变化、区域发展经济联系与空间依赖客观存在的基础上,通过互联互通完善区域协同发展通道网络,完善要素共享市场体系奠定区域协同发展基础,以创新协同促成区域经济发展内生动力为主线,实现生态治理联动形成的外部协同动力,并以此构成区域协调发展机制创新的基本框架,有效推动不同类型区域共赢式发展的实现。Under the background of the new normality of economic development, this paper probes into the innovation of regional coordinated development mechanism. The policy orientation of regional economy development has experienced the transition from the unbalanced development to the coordinated development, and then to the coordinated development. Regional coordination is the development goal, and the realization of regional synergy development is the means and path. Based on the dynamic change of comparative advantage and the objective existing of the contact and spatial dependence between regional economy, the interconnection can strengthen the regional integration development to improve the channel network of regional collaborative development. The perfection of factor sharing market system can lay the foundation for regional collaborative development, and then promote the formation of collaborative innovation as core which is the endogenous motivation of regional economic development, with the forming of the external collaborative power based on the linkage of ecological governance, which constitute the basic innovation framework of regional coordinated development mechanism. The implementation can effectively promote win-win development of different types the area.
