摘 要:本文对热水锅炉锅水汽化原因及目前的研究现状进行了文献综述。利用CFD(计算流体力学)技术,对QXL-14-1.0/115/70-AⅡ型管架式锅炉内部水循环系统进行模拟分析,并与额定设计运行参数进行了对比验证。研究发现:在正常运行状态(工况一)和回水流量降低60%(工况二)的情况下,模拟得到的热水锅炉管道内部温度场和速度场与锅炉设计额定参数基本一致;工况一中锅筒尾部第一根侧墙水冷壁和前墙水冷壁温度较高;工况二中侧墙水冷壁中上部温度较高,此处容易发生超温汽化;工况二中由于水流量下降,容易在侧墙水冷壁上部形成超温汽化现象,且锅炉管道和锅筒内积聚了大量水蒸气,使热水锅炉的正常使用功能遭到严重破坏。Firstly,the current research status of the hot water boiler vaporization was reviewed. Secondly,the Computational Fluid Dynamics( CFD) technology was adopted to simulate the internal water circulation system of corner tube boiler of QXL-14-1. 0/115/70-AⅡ type. The simulation results were compared to the rated operating parameters.Results illustrated that,at normal operating condition( case one) and the condition with reduced return water flow rate by 60%( case two),the simulated internal temperature field and the velocity field of the hot water boiler are basically consistent with the rated design parameters of the boiler. The temperatures of the first side water wall pipe on the drum tail and of the front wall water wall in case one is high. The temperatures of the middle and upper parts of the side water wall pipe in the case two are high,where the over-temperature vaporization occurs easily. Due to the decrease in water flow rate in case two,the phenomenon of over temperature vaporization is easily formed at the upper part of the side water wall pipe,and a large amount of water vapor is accumulated in the boiler pipe and the boiler drum. Hence,the normal operation function of the hot water boiler is severely damaged.
