摘　　要：通过研究协同创新中知识产权法律,并对协同创新团体的各主体在知识产权转移过程中的相关法律问题进行深入分析,最后提出了有关知识产权法律问题对策建议,同时还深入分析协同创新的知识产权成果分享和利益分配模式。The collaborative innovation of intellectual property law through research,in-depth analysis and subjects to the collaborative innovation community in the transfer of intellectual property in the process of the related legal problems,finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions of intellectual property legal issues,but also in-depth analysis of intellectual property rights and interests sharing distribution mode of collaborative innovation.
