摘 要:汽车在使用过程中随着各种因素影响车轮定位参数会发生变化,过大的参数变化会影响汽车的操纵稳定性。在对某中型车的车轮定位参数值与行车间隔里程之间关系跟踪调查,采集在相同行驶间隔里程车轮定位参数值实测数据,运用逐步回归分析法,拟合出研究车辆车轮定位参数变化值与行驶里程的一般式,绘制函数关系曲线,从而预测车轮定位参数随着行驶里程增加的变化趋势。预测计算结果表明:该车型在行驶里程超过16000km时车轮定位参数都超出了标准值的范围,危及行车安全。The matching relation between the camber angle and toe value has a great influence on the wear of tire and the straight- line stability at high speeds. By using polynomial stepwise regression method to analyze the function relationship between the mileage and the camber or toe-in value. Using ADMAS/Car to establish the front suspension model to analysis the suspension position parameters how to change with the influence of wheels travel, also finding out the main factors of the abnormal wear of tire. Getting the car sideslip quantity minimum toe-in value by using double skateboard sideslip test and adjust optimization the model camber and toe values, and for the study of reducing tire wear providing a theoretical basis.
