掌上盛京医院App构建及在感染门诊中的应用

摘　　要：目的:建立掌上盛京医院App系统,为门诊患者提供便捷、智能、高效的信息化医疗服务。方法:利用智能手机建立掌上盛京医院App平台,实名制注册后即可享受预约挂号、候诊排队、导诊服务、手机支付、查看报告、看诊记录、医院导航等功能。结果:掌上盛京医院App的应用,使患者在挂号、候诊、缴费、取检查结果及就诊流程等方面的满意度均显著高于现场挂号。结论:掌上盛京医院App的构建与应用,有效地减少了门诊就医患者的各种非医疗等待时间,优化了门诊就诊流程,提高了患者满意度,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To build a Palm Shengjing Hospital App to provide outpatients with convenient, intelligent and efficient informatized medical service. Methods The App was established based on smart phone, and after real-name registration the patient could execute appointment registration, queuing, mobile payment, report reading, hospital navigation and etc with the App. Results The App facilitated the patient in registration, queuing, payment, obtaining examination results and etc, and thus gained high patient satisfaction. Conclusion The App decreases the waiting time, optimizes the outpatient flow and increases the patient satisfaction.
