摘 要:钻井工程对时效性和安全性的要求越来越高,传统地面录井手段由于固有的各种局限性已难以满足需求。为此研制的井下工程参数测量仪,通过钻具的钻压、扭矩、弯矩、振动以及钻井液温度、压力等井下工程参数的井下随钻测量,能够获取井下钻具和钻井液的真实工况,帮助优化钻井参数,准确和及时发现异常事故。通过对多口井试验数据的分析进行了验证,结果表明各测量参数同现场工况及事故异常吻合良好。最后,展望了井下工程参数测量的广阔应用前景。The requirements of timeliness and safety for drilling engineering are higher and higher.Due to the inherent limitations of the traditional surface mud logging methods,it is difficult to meet the demands.Therefore,downhole engineering parameter measuring instrument was developed,the actual working conditions of downhole drilling tools and drilling fluid can be obtained through downhole measurement while drilling of downhole engineering parameters,such as weight on bit,torque,bending moment and vibration of drilling tool and drilling fluid temperature and pressure,it helps optimize drilling parameters,accurately and timely detects the abnormal accidents.By the analysis of the test data of wells,the results show that the measured parameters agree well with field conditions and accident abnormality.Finally,the author prospected the application of downhole engineering parameter measurement.
