摘　　要：历史，总是在回望中意味深长。向着“追赶”和“摘帽”的目标，加快经济发展方式转变，这个发展的课题、现实的难题，在过去一年多的时间里，以前所未有的魄力，谋划着日照的破解之道。于是，当“突破园区聚力招引”吹响日照新一轮发展的进军号，日照文化创意产业园所倡导的“从文化供给侧的角度，让创新创意激荡出‘文化＋’的魅力，推动文化创意产业转型升级”的思路，犹如一股清风，为逆势而上中的日照经济打开了另外一扇窗。The concept of ＂allowing innovation ＆ creativity to stir up the ＇Culture＋＇ charmand to promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural ＆creative industries from the cultural supply-side perspective＂ advocated by the Rizhao Cultural ＆ Creative Industry Park opens another window for the economy ofRizhao. The Rizhao Cultural ＆ Creative Industry Park is not only the first specialized cultural ＆ creative industry park in Rizhao, but cultural ＆ creative also the largest-scale industry park under construction within the entire province.
