摘 要:针对油田注入水结垢问题,通过室内实验研究了温度、材质、pH值、粗糙度和离子浓度等对油田常用钢材碳酸盐结垢初始阶段的影响。实验结果表明,温度升高促进碳酸盐结垢,温度增加20℃,前8 h平均结垢速率增大35%左右;油田常用3种钢材中A3钢碳酸盐结垢量最小,24 h结垢量比N80的结垢量少27%左右,12 h内J55钢结垢速率大于N80。试样表面粗糙度越大,碳酸盐结垢速率越大,打磨试样砂纸由800~#变为400~#,同时间段结垢量平均增加15%。溶液pH值减小和离子浓度增加,试样结垢速率增大。离子浓度增加一倍,同时间段结垢量增加28%。因此较多地采用A3钢和尽可能降低管材表面粗糙度,通过必要的水处理来降低注入水离子浓度、保持注入水的pH值在一定范围内均可以有效延长碳酸盐结垢诱导期,减小设备清洗频率。The influences of temperature,material,pH,roughness and ion concentration on the initial stage of the carbonate scaling of oilfield common steel materials were studied by laboratory experiments. The experimental results show that : the rise of temperature pro- moted the carbonate scaling,the temperature increased by 20 ℃ ,and the average scaling rate of the first 8 h increased by about 35% ; in the 3 kinds of steel materials commonly used in oilfields, the carbonate scale amount of A3 steel is the smallest, it is less than that of N80 by about 27% within 24 h, and the scaling rate of J55 steel is more than that of N80 steel within 12 h ; the larger the surface rough- ness of the sample is ,the larger the scaling rate is, and the average scaling amount increased by 15% within the same time when the sanding paper was changed from 800# to 400#;with the decrease of solution pH and the increase of ion concentration, the scaling rate increased, and the average sealing amount increased by 28% within the same time when the ion concentration doubled. Therefore, the induction period of carbonate scaling can be effectively prolonged and the cleaning frequency of equipment can be reduced through as far as possible using A3 steel, reducing the surface roughness of the sample, reducing the ion concentration of injected water by water treatment and keeping the pH value of injected water in a certain range.
