摘  要:掺稀输送是常用的重油降黏管输方法,在重油中加入轻质低黏的油品可以有效降低重油的黏度,但大量掺稀后由于组成的改变,油品体系中的胶体稳定性会下降,导致出现油品不相容,产生沥青质絮凝、沉淀等问题。在某重油中掺入不同比例轻质低黏的石脑油,通过对沥青质显微观察等实验,考察了重油掺稀后的稳定性。实验结果表明,在实验所用的重油中掺入5%~50%的石脑油后,当掺入稀油的比例使得油品体系的胶体不稳定指数大于0.9时,随着石脑油掺入量的增加,所观察到的沉积物增多,且随着静置时间的延长,沉积物颗粒有逐渐增加、沥青质颗粒聚集体有逐渐变大的趋势,说明随着稀油掺入比例的增加,混合油体系中的沥青质絮凝析出现象加剧,混合油体系的稳定性下降。The Dilution transportation of heavy crude is a common pipeline transportation method of heavy crude. Adding light low-vis- cosity oil in heavy oil can effectively reduce the viscosity of heavy oil, but after adding a lot of light oil, the composition of the heavy oil is changed, and the stability of the colloid in the mixed oil system will decline, which causes the incompatibility of two types of oil so as to produce the precipitation of asphaltene. Adding different proportions of naphtha in some heavy oil, the stability of the diluted heavy oil was investigated by observing the asphahene in it using microscope. The experimental results show that the asphahene precipitation in the mixed oil system increases with the increase of naphtha and storage time when the instability index of the colloid in the mixed oil is greater than 0.9 ,which indicates that the stability of the mixed oil declines with the increase of thin oil.
