摘　　要：目的:分析持续被动运动结合痛点拨法治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床疗效,验证持续被动运动结合痛点拨法治疗粘连性肩周炎活动受限的有效性。方法:纳入符合临床诊断标准的粘连性肩周炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用针刺治疗,治疗组采用持续被动运动结合痛点拨法治疗,两组于治疗前及治疗后采用Constant-Murley肩功能评分(C-M评分)、VAS视觉模拟评分进行评分,观察两组的C-M评分、VAS评分及临床疗效。结果:C-M评分和VAS评分方面,治疗后治疗组和对照组评分比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续被动运动结合痛点拨法治疗粘连性肩周炎在改善肩关节活动受限方面疗效显著,而且有治疗过程中患者痛苦少、复发率少、损伤小的优势,值得临床进一步推广。Objective： To analyze the clinically curative effect of continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point for adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis,and to confirm the exactly curative effect of this method. Methods： Sixty patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated by acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated by continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point. Constant-Murley shoulder function score（ CM score） and VAS visual analogue scale were used before and after treatment to observe the CM score,VAS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： In the treatment group and the control group the scores were statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients＇ C-M score and VAS score. In the treatment group the total effective rate was 93. 33%. In the control group the total effective rate was73. 33%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point in improving the efficacy of treating shoulder joint motion limitation was significant,and the course of treatment in patients has the advantages of less pain,lower recurrence rate and less injury,which is worthy of further promotion.
