摘 要:研究了存放温度、贮运条件和贮存容器等对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性乳化沥青贮存稳定性的影响.试验结果表明,乳化沥青的稳定性随着存放时间的延长而逐渐降低;存放时间相同,贮存温度不同时,温度越高,乳化沥青的稳定性越差;贮存时间相同时,在试验室存放样品的稳定性比在汽车上存放的好;铝制容器与塑料制容器存放样品贮存稳定性相差不大,铁制容器存放样品的稳定性较差.在贮存温度、贮运条件和贮存容器3个因素中,对乳化沥青贮存影响最大的是铁质容器,最小的是40℃贮存温度.The impact of storage temperature, storage conditions and containers on the stability and particle size distribution of SBS modified asphalt emulsion was studied in this work. Our test results show that the stability of emulsified asphalt decreases with the storage time. Under the same storage time, the higher the storage temperature, the worse the stability of emulsified asphalt. The stability of asphalt emulsion stored in the laboratory is better than that in the car. The stability of asphalt emulsion stored in an aluminum container is same as that stored in a plastic container, but the stability of asphalt emulsion stored in an iron container is worst.
