摘 要:采用HRTEM、XRD、LRS研究不同金属含量CoMoP/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂。结果表明,硫化钼层数和尺寸与氧化态催化剂中金属的赋存状态有直接相关性。金属含量较低时,随金属含量增加,氧化态催化剂中金属颗粒尺寸和硫化态催化剂中硫化钼层数和尺寸均逐渐增加。金属含量较高时,氧化态催化剂中出现大颗粒的含钼氧化物,硫化态催化剂硫化钼层数和尺寸随金属含量增加变化不明显。CoMoP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with different metal contents were characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS). Experimental results show that the layer number and size of molybdenum sulfide have a direct correlativity with the occurrence state of metal in oxidized catalyst. When the metal content is low, with the increase of metal content, metal particle size in the oxidized catalyst and layer number and size of molybdenum sulfide in the vulcanized catalyst increase. When the metal content is higher, the large granular molybdenum oxide crystal emerges in the oxidized catalyst, while the change of layer number and size of molybdenum sulfide in the vulcanized catalyst is not obvious with the increase of metal content.
