摘　　要：循环水系统已成为石化行业节水降耗的关注重点。介绍了以闭式冷却塔为核心的循环水冷却系统及其运行过程中的注意事项,与开式循环水系统相比,闭式冷却系统具有水质优异、降耗节能的特点,节省水耗可达45%以上,有利于降低循环水系统运行费用、提高生产平稳性,在石化行业应用前景广阔。Circulating water system has become the focus of water saving and consumption reducing in petrochemical industry. In this paper, the circulating water system with closed cooling towers as the core was introduced as well as the matters needing attention in the process of operation. Compared with open circulating water system, the closed circulating water system has the characteristics of excellent water quality and energy saving, and water consumption can be reduced more than 45%,which can help enterprises reduce the operation cost of circulating water system and improve the production stability. So the closed circulating water system has bright application prospects in the petrochemical industry.
