摘　　要：概述了SSR分子标记原理和特点,阐述了SSR分子标记鉴定杂交水稻种子纯度技术要点,对其应用前景进行了展望,以期为该技术在种子纯度检测中的应用提供参考。This paper summarized principle and characteristics of SSR molecular marker,introduced technical points of hybrid rice seed purity identification by SSR molecular marker, and its application prospect was prospected,in order to provide reference for application of seed purity test.
