慈善组织参与农村精准扶贫事业研究——以“小母牛·中国”项目组织为例

摘　　要：兼具社会改造理想与实践的慈善组织,如何在扶贫工作中实现准确定位,进而探索慈善组织参与精准扶贫的模式与路径,是动员社会力量,形成合力打好扶贫攻坚战的关键问题。从慈善组织参与精准扶贫的议题出发,通过对一个慈善组织精准扶贫实践的研究发现,扶贫价值观与参与式扶贫方式的结合、人力资本的提升与扶贫产业链的建立在精准扶贫的具体实践过程中产生了良好的效果。由此,总结并阐释慈善组织参与精准扶贫的路径,即"以价值观为基础的社区综合发展"与"助贫创富价值链"的融合,以期为慈善组织参与精准扶贫的实践提供借鉴。It is a key issue to mobilize the social forces and form a concerted effort to fight the poverty- stricken battle, how to realize the accurate positioning in the poverty alleviation and to explore the charitable organization＇s participation path in accurate poverty alleviation. Based on the charitable organizations＂ participating in accurate poverty alleviation, it is found that the combination of poverty alleviation values with participatory poverty alleviation, and the promotion of human capital and the establishment of the poverty alleviation industry chain will produces good results. Therefore, this paper attempts to summarize the path of charitalbe organizations＇ participation in poverty alleviation, which is the integration of value-based community development and enrichment chain, in order to provide reference for charitable organizations to participate poverty alleviation.
