摘  要:目的探讨丹参粉针对大鼠应激性溃疡胃黏膜保护作用及机制。方法实验选用健康的SD雄性大鼠32只,分为空白对照组、浸水束缚应激方法复制应激性溃疡模型对照组、丹参粉针预防组用80mg·kg^(-1)体重(3m L)灌胃2次后造模。造模后察胃黏膜大体标本,计算损伤指数,并行病理切片,比色法检测各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、胃黏膜还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、酶联免疫吸附竞争法检测胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量。结果模型组与空白对照组比较损伤指数增加(P<0.05),丹参预防组与模型对照组比较损伤指数降低(P<0.05),丹参预防组与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);丹参预防组比模型对照组SOD、PGE_2、GSH活性增高(P<0.05或<0.01),与空白组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);模型组与空白对照组比较SOD、PGE_2、GSH活性降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论丹参粉针对应激损伤的胃黏膜有良好的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza powder injection on gastric mucosa in rats with stress ulcer. Methods Thirty-two healthy male SD rats were divided into blank control group(Group A),stress ulcer model control group(Group B)induced by water immersion restraint stress,and stress ulcer model group(Group C)treated by salvia miltiorrhiza powder injection. Damage index of gastric mucosal specimens was calculated, and gastric mucosal specimens were received pathological examination. Meanwhile,levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured by photocolorimetric method,and levels of reduced glutathion(GSH)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in gastric mucosa were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay adsorption competition method. Results There was significant increase in the damage index of gastric mucosa between Group A and B(P〈0.05),and a significant reduction was found between Group B and C(P〉0.05). However,no significant difference was found between Group A and C(P〈0.05). Levels of SOD,PGE2 and GSH were significantly reduced in Group B compared with Group A(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza powder injection has protective effect on the stress injury of gastric mucosa.
