摘　　要：家庭工业聚落是生产单元与居住单元的高度整合体。以混合功能为推动力,家庭工业聚落成为我国社会主义经济增长的重要推动力,同时促进了区域产住共同体的发展。基于浙江地区的样本实证,解析混合功能模式下家庭工业聚落的构形组织的特征。一方面,结合聚落实态分析,阐释产住一体化的混质形态构形以及优劣条件;另一方面,基于混合功能的特征,对家庭工业聚落建设模式进行探讨。进而,通过兼容性和弹性式的导控原则,提出混合功能模式下的家庭工业聚落发展的适宜性营建导控法则。The family Industrial settlement is a highly integrated production unit and the residential unit. Based on the empirical analysis of the sample in Zhejiang area, the characteristics of the structure of the family Industrial Cluster in the mixed function model are resolved.
