摘　　要：秦岭南麓传统村落百年来极具地域适应性与文化生命力,但在国家城镇化发展的今天,民居建筑的营建却面临诸多挑战,尤其是伴随现代建筑材料的普及,建筑技术的更新,民居建筑的功能提升总处于被动适应的状态。此次研究基于秦岭南麓传统民居营建现存问题,就更新过程中空间布局与营建技术两个重点内容展开研究,推动秦岭南麓传统民居建筑营建更新的进程。The Qinling tradition village has the region compatibility and the cultural vitality extremely. Under the national urbanization development overall background, the Qinling tradition village faced with many challenges, follows the modern architecture material in particular the popularization, the village construction builds the system to be at the passive adaptation condition.The study based on the existing problems of traditional residential buildings in South Qinling. Discussing the two important parts like space layout and construction technology. In order to promotion of traditional villages in Qinling in design construction methods adapted to function under system.
