摘　　要：介绍了由中国提出并将形成国际技术报告的ISO/IEC TR 22564《信息技术数据中心服务能力成熟度模型》的研究背景和目的。通过研究数据中心服务能力国内外状况,ISO/IEC TR 22564提出了数据中心服务能力框架,明确了战略发展、运营保障、组织治理3个能力域,11个能力子域、33个能力项;规定了数据中心服务能力成熟度评价方法以及数据中心服务能力管理要求。This research introduces the background and purpose of ISO/IEC TR 22564 ＂Information technology - Service capability maturity model of data center＂, proposed by Chinese national body of ISO/IEC, which will become an international technical report. By doing research on the status of data center service capability at home and abroad, ISO/ IEC TR 22564 provides a data center service capability framework.
