福多司坦联合常规降压药治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征伴高血压的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察福多司坦对阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)合并高血压患者患者的临床效果。方法:选取55名正常人群以及120名OSAS合并高血压患者,患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者除接受常规降压药物治疗处理外,同时给予福多司坦治疗2个月,对照组患者给予安慰剂及常规降压药物处理,观察两组治疗前后的通气指数(AHI),血氧饱和度(miniSpO_2),炎性因子ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P选择素、E选择素、IL-8、TNF-α、HS-CRP变化情况,并将患者的以上指标与正常人群组比较。结果:OSAS合并高血压患者MT、PMV均高于正常人,以及ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P选择素、IL-8、TNF-α、HSCRP等炎症因子均明显高于常人。联合治疗后,治疗组血压得到改善,AHI下降、miniSpO_2升高,ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P选择素、IL-8、TNF-α均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:福多司坦联合常规降压药治疗OSAS合并高血压具有较好的临床效果。OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical effect of fudosteine in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and hypertension（OSAS-H）.METHODS Fifty five normal people and 120 OSAS-H patients were enrolled and randomly divided into test group and control group.Patients received fudosteine plus conventional antihypertensive drug for 2 months in test group,and placebo plus conventional antihypertensive drug in control group.Apnea hypopnea index（AHI）,blood oxygen saturation（miniSpO2）,inflammatory factors,including ICAM-1,VCAM-1,selectin P,selectin E,IL-8,TNF-α,HS-CRP,were observed,and compared with normal people.RESULTS OSAS-H patients had higher MT,PMV,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,selectin P,IL-8,TNF-αand HS-CRP than normal group.After treatment with fudosteine combined conventional antihypertensive drug,test group had improved blood pressure,decreased AHI,increased miniSpO2,and obviously reduced ICAM-1,VCAM-1,selectin P,IL-8 and TNF-α（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Fudosteine combined conventional antihypertensive drug has excellent efficacy in OSAS-H patients.
