摘　　要：目的:探讨1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴液联合化痔栓对急性白血病患者化疗后肛周感染临床疗效。方法:将120例急性白血病化疗患者随机分为自制1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴液组、1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴液联合化痔栓组及对照组各40例,分别采用1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴、1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴液坐浴后给予化痔栓治疗、1∶5 000高锰酸钾坐浴方法,比较3组患者在治疗14 d后肛周感染的治愈率、肛周皮肤黏膜红肿情况、疼痛程度、排便情况、肛周培养结果。结果:3组患者治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1.22%甲硝唑氯化钠坐浴液联合化痔栓治疗急性白血病患者化疗后肛周感染疗效优于传统的1∶5 000高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,是一种行之有效的治疗方法,值得临床上推广使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of 1.22% metronidazole and sodium chloride hip bath combined hemorrhoid suppository against perianal infection in acute leukemia patients after chemotherapy.METHODS Totally 120 patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into group A,B and C,40 patients in each group.Patients in these groups respectively received 1.22% metronidazole and sodium chloride bath,1.22% metronidazole and sodium chloride bath plus hemorrhoid suppository,and 1∶5 000 potassium permanganate hip bath for 14 days.Cure rate of perianal infection,perianal skin inflammation（redness,swelling and pain）,bowel movements,rectal culture results were compared between three groups.RESULTS Therapeutic efficacy was significantly different between 3 groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The 1.22%metronidazole and sodium chloride plus hemorrhoid suppository is superior to 1∶5 000 potassium permanganate hip bath,and it is an effective therapeutic method and worthy of clinical promotion.
