摘  要:内养生是控制路面水泥混凝土收缩的一项重要新技术,通过研究内养生材料掺量和额外加入水量对混凝土干缩的影响,指出吸水树脂可以明显地降低混凝土后期干缩率。固定额外加入水量时,0.2%树脂掺量的内养生路面水泥混凝土干缩率降低最大为78.8%;而固定树脂掺量时,10倍树脂掺量外部加入水量的路面水泥混凝土在整个水化期间的干缩率降低效果优异。在路面混凝土中使用吸水树脂进行内养生,建议掺量为0.2%,额外加入水量为10倍树脂掺量。Internal curing method is a new important technology to control shrinkage of pavement cement concrete. Based on the influence of water absorbing polymer content and extra additional water on drying shrinkage of concrete, it is pointed out that the polymer can significantly lower shrinkage of concrete in the late hydration. When fix the extra water volume, the shrinkage rate of cement concrete containing 0.2% polymer dosage is lowest, and the maximum decrease value is 78.8% . The drying shrinkage decreasing effect of concrete with 10 times extra additional water content as much as polymer dosage is optimal during the whole hydration when fix the Polymer content. When the polymer being used in the pavement concrete for internal curing materials, the recommended polymer dosage is 0.2 %, and extra additional water is 10 times of the polymer content.
