摘  要:半柔性路面是将一定流动度的水泥基灌浆材料灌注于母体沥青混合料中形成的一种刚柔兼备的新型路面,水泥基材的流动性能直接影响该路面的灌注效果。笔者基于半柔性路面材料水泥基材"灌注率"计算公式,分析了水泥基材流动度与灌注率之间的关系;其次分析了水胶比、砂胶比、粉煤灰、膨胀剂等因素对水泥基材流动性能的影响规律,提出各因素推荐掺量及范围。结果表明:随水泥基材水胶比不断增大,流动度显著减小,且水胶比在0.45~0.55时,流动度满足10~14s的要求;膨胀剂降低了水泥基材的流动性能;粉煤灰的"滚珠效应",增强了水泥基材的流动性能,尤其水胶比为0.45时,粉煤灰对流动性能影响较为明显;水胶比为0.55时,砂对水泥基材流动度的影响不显著,水胶比为0.45、0.50时,流动度随砂胶比的增大呈"先略降,后显著增大"的趋势,最佳砂胶比为0.1。SFP is a new type of pavement which is made by pouring the flowing cement-based grouting into parent population asphalt mixture. The molding effect is affected by flow properties of cement-based grouting material. The relationship between fluidity of cement grouting material and its perfusion rate is studied based on calculation formula of "perfusion rate" of cement grouting material in SFP. The effects of water-binder ratio, sand-binder ratio, ash and expanding agent on fluidity of cement-based grouting material are studied to analyze the influence rules of various factors on flow properties of cement-based grouting material, and then to propose various factors recommended dosage and scope, to provide an experimental basis for the research and technology promotion of SFP. The results show that the fluidity is reduced significantly with the increase of water-binder ratio. When the water-binder ratio is between 0.45 to 0. 55, the fluidity meets the requirements of 10 - 14s. Expanding agent reduces the fluidity of the cement matrix material. Ash enhances the fluidity of the cement matrix material owing to "ball action", which is more significant when water-binder ratio is 0.45. The effect of sand on the fluidity of cement base material is not significant when water-binder ratio is 0. 55, but when the ratio is 0. 45 and 0. 50, the fluidity is first downwards slightly, then upwards significantly with sand-binder ratio increasing, and the best sand-binder ratio is 0.1.
