新常态下山西煤炭企业战略转型的风险管理研究

摘　　要：针对我国煤炭行业普遍存在的产能过剩、需求疲软以及价格低位徘徊等问题,阐述了煤炭企业进行战略转型的必要性。分析了为应对战略转型过程中出现的各种不确定性因素,山西煤炭企业应综合考虑的企业内部环境因素及外部环境因素,提出有效建议来加强企业战略转型过程中的风险管理。In view of the widespread overcapacity, weak demand and low price hovering in China＇s coal industry, it is necessary to carry out strategic transformation in order to ensure the sustainable development of coal enterprises. This paper analyzes the various uncertain factors in the process of strategic transformation. Shanxi coal enterprises should take into account the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors, and put forward effective suggestions to strengthen the risk management in the process of strategic transformation.
