摘　　要：针对平板玻璃行业产能过剩的问题,研究了地方政府过度干预、企业过度投资和产业结构不合理三大原因并进行了实证分析。通过数据分析对平板玻璃行业未来发展作出预测,总结出如果不进行有力治理,平板玻璃行业的产能过剩情况将更加严重的结论。最后从政府、行业协会和企业三个层面给出平板玻璃行业去产能的对策和建议。In view of the problem of overcapacity in flat glass industry, this paper studies the three reasons why local government over-intervention, over-investment and unreasonable industrial structure are analyzed. Through the data analysis, this paper makes predictions to the future development of flat glass industry, concluded that if not take strong governance, flat glass industry overcapacity situation will be more serious conclusions. Finally, from the government, industry associations and enterprises to give three levels of flat glass industry to the production of countermeasures and recommendations.
