摘　　要：后勤保障是企业发展的根本,但是目前我国煤炭企业在后勤工作中出现了不少的问题,无法发挥保障作用,限制了企业的长远发展。就煤炭企业后勤工作形势进行简析,探讨煤炭企业后勤工作中出现的问题和对策。Logistics is the fundamental enterprise development, but China＇s coal enterprises in the logistics work in a lot of problems, and is unable to play a role in safeguarding, restrieting the long-term development of enterprises. Analysis of coal enterprise logistics situation, problems of coal enterprises after work and countermeasures.
