摘 要:针对多作用内曲线径向柱塞式液压马达的配流盘配流窗口和柱塞腔配流槽结构,建立两者之间通流面积的数学模型,并提出满配流系数m的概念。建立多作用内曲线径向柱塞式液压马达模型,进行了配流盘配流过程仿真和柱塞运动及液压力特性仿真,分析不同满配流系数m对液压马达输出扭矩的影响。结果表明,多作用内曲线径向柱塞液压马达配流盘配流窗口和柱塞腔配流槽的适宜满配流系数为0~0.5,最优满配流系数为0.3。这可为多作用内曲线径向柱塞液压马达配流盘配流窗口和柱塞腔配流槽结构的设计提供参考。In light of the structure of valve plate distribution window and piston oil inlet of the hydraulic motor with multiple-action inner curve radial piston,the relation between valve plate distribution window and piston oil inlet and its influence on performance of the hydraulic motor were analyzed by establishing the mathematical model of flow area between valve plate distribution window and piston oil inlet.The concept of full flow coefficient m was proposed.The model of the hydraulic motor with multiple-action inner curve radial piston was also established,and simulation was made of flow process of valve plate,piston movement and fluid pressure characteristics to analyze the influence of different full flow coefficients mon output torque of the hydraulic motor.The results show that the suitable full flow coefficient mis 0~0.5and the best full flow coefficient mis 0.3.This study can provide reference for the design of the structure of valve plate distribution window and piston oil inlet of the hydraulic motor with multiple-action inner curve radial piston.
