摘  要:以窄冠白杨优良无性系"HN-1"的幼嫩茎段为外植体,探索了丛生芽增殖、生根及移栽适宜条件,建立起组织快繁技术体系,研究结果表明:MS培养基可作为HN-1丛生芽增殖的基本培养基,细胞分裂素6-BA浓度为0.3mg/L时对丛生芽增殖的作用显著;适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L+IAA 0.15mg/L;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+IBA 1.0mg/L;培养条件采用正常光照生根效果最好,生根率达71.1%;适宜的移栽基质为草炭、黄土、细沙容积比1∶1∶1,移栽苗成活率达93.8%。In this paper, the young stem segments of narrow crown poplar ‘HN - 1 ’ were used as explants, and the suitable conditions of proliferation, rooting and transplanting of clump buds were explored for establishing the technology system of tissue rapid propagation. Research results indicated.. MS medium could be used as the basic medium for the proliferation of ‘HN-1'. When the concentration of cytokinin 6 -BA was 0.3 mg/L, the effect of the cytokinin on the proliferation of the shoots was obvious. The optimum proliferation medium was. MS+6 - BA 0.3 mg/L^NAA 0. 1 mg/L+IBA 0. 1 mg/L+IAA 0. 15 mg/L. The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0. 1 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L. The culture condition was the best with the normal light, and the rooting rate was 71.1%. The suitable transplanting substrates were the combination of peat, loess, and fine sand with a ratio of 1 :1 :1(volume ratio), and the survival rate of transplanted seedlings reached 93.8%.
