摘 要:为了进一步提高不含固体颗粒流体旋流场强化传热,开展含固体颗粒流体旋流场强化传热综合性能实验,研究颗粒浓度、粒径、Re数等因素对3种扭曲管的综合强化传热性能的影响。结果表明:液固流体换热性能随着颗粒浓度、粒径、Re数的增大而提高。与单相流体比较,当粒径2 mm、颗粒浓度分布1%时,相同Re数下3种扭曲管的Nu数平均提高12.91%,13.12%和15.23%,管内流体压降平均提高60.22%,67.23%和73.16%。通过综合性能评价因子分析,当粒径为2—5 mm、颗粒浓度分布为5%,扭曲管导程为200 mm、椭圆度为1.49时具有较好的综合性能。In order to further enhance heat transfer of swirling flow field of single phase, the heat transfer experiment is conducted of liquid swirling flow field with solid particles, which researches the effect of particle concentration, particle size, Re number on comprehensive heat transfer performance in three different twisted tubes. The results show that the heat transfer performance of double phase swirling flow field increases with the rise of particle concentration, particle size and Re number. Compared with the single-phase flow field, Nu number is increased by 60.22%, 67.23% and 73. 16% respectively in the three twisted tubes under the conditions of particle size 2 mm, particle concentration 1% and the same Re number. Through comprehensive performance evaluation factor analysis, the comprehensive heat transfer performance is good under the conditions of particle size 2-5 mm, particle concentration 5%, twisted tube lead 200 ram, and ellipse degree 1.49.
