摘　　要：电子防御与电磁频谱管理,均是电磁领域中保障己方用频装备作战效能正常发挥的有效途径。基于电子防御和电磁频谱管理的基本概念,对电子防御和电磁频谱管理的内涵和相关内容进行了对比分析,阐述了两者之间的区别与联系,并对加强电子防御和电磁频谱管理的建设提出了对策建议。Electronic defense and electromagnetic spectrum management are effective ways to ensure spectrum utilization equipment to have a normal operational efficiency in electromagnetic field. Based on the basic concepts, the connotation and content are compared, the difference and contact between electronic defense and electromagnetic spectrum management are expounded, and some suggestions to strengthen the construction of electronic defense and electromagnetic spectrum management are given.
