摘　　要：参照LY/T 1721—2008《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》,结合靖边县天保工程实施的特点,构建天保工程森林生态系统服务功能评估指标体系;利用靖边县天保工程相关资料、森林资源清查资料、生态监测既有成果,评估靖边县1998—2015年天保工程森林生态系统的服务功能价值。结果表明:截止到2015年,陕西省靖边县天然林保护工程的森林生态系统服务功能价值总量达到585.16亿元,且总的价值量逐年增加;不同的森林生态系统服务功能中,固土保肥和保护生物多样性2项功能的价值量最大,说明靖边县天保工程在保育土壤和保护物种多样性方面发挥着重要的作用。According to the LY/T 1721-2008 specifications for assessment of forest ecosystem services function, this paper combined with the characteristics of natural forest protection project in Jingbian County, and built the evaluation index system of forest ecosystem service function of natural forest protection project in Jingbian County; and then used the relevant data of natural forest protection project in Jingbian County, forest inventory data, present outcome of ecological monitoring, to evaluated the value of the forest ecosystem services function of natural forest protection project in Jingbian County during 1998-2015.The results showed that by the end of 2015, the total annual value of ecosystem services of natural forest protection project in Jingbian County, Shaanxi Province reached 58 billion 516 million yuan and increased year by year. In different ecosystem services, the 2 functions of the value of solid soil and fertilize and maintaining the value of biological diversity were the largest, which showed that natural forest protection project in Jingbian County played an important role in the conservation of soil and diversity.
