摘 要:针对现阶段军代表在实施军检验收时面临的承制单位错漏报、检查员经验不足和验收后军检数据归档工作量大等问题,以某型燃气轮机生产的军检项目为研究对象,依据交互式电子手册技术,分析了数字化军检系统建设的目的、方法以及应具备功能等内容,提出了一套完整的、适用于海军主动力装置质量监督的数字化军检验收流程和解决方案。Nowadays the military representatives are faced with a lot of problems in the inspection, such as the misstatement or underreporting from manufacturers, insufficient experience of the quality inspector and heavy workload of data archiving.Based on the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual techniques, the paper studies the military inspection program produced by a certain type of gas turbine, analyzes the purposes, methods and required functions of the digital inspection system, on the basis of which, a complete digital inspection workflow and solution that apply to the naval main power device quality supervision is put forward.
