摘　　要：螺纹锁紧环式换热器作为高温、高压换热器的一种结构形式,具有结构紧凑、耐高温、耐高压等特点,在运行过程中如果出现泄漏,可在不停车的情况下紧固顶紧螺栓即可达到密封要求,所以目前被广泛应用于炼油厂的高压加氢装置中。文章介绍了这种新型临氢高压换热器在焊接制造中应注意的技术环节,分析了产品焊接过程中的关键点,为该类设备制造的焊接材料选用、关键部件焊接、焊后热处理等工序的质量控制提供借鉴。As a kind of structure form of high temperature and high pressure heat exchanger,thread locking ring heat exchanger has the characteristics of compact structure,resistance to high temperature,resistance to high pressure and so on.If leakage occurs in the operation process,fastening bolt can meet the sealing requirements without shutoff.Therefore,thread locking ring heat exchanger is now widely used in high-pressure hydrogenation unit of oil refinery.This paper introduces the technical aspects that should be paid attention to in welding manufacturing of this new hydrogen high pressure heat exchanger.It analyzes the key points in the process of product welding.And these provide some reference for the quality control of such processes as welding material selection,key components welding and heat treatment after welding in manufacturing such equipment.
