摘 要:对某大直径管壳式余热锅炉建立有限元模型进行7种不同工况下的应力分析。选取其中两种最危险工况进行了挠性管板的强度评定,并对不同工况下换热管的轴向应力也进行了核算。结果表明在壳程压力作用下,挠性管板周边无支撑的非布管区存在较大的弯曲应力并成为挠性管板的主要控制应力。在挠性管板计算中采用基于一次结构法的有限元应力分析可有效地解决挠性管板的强度问题。The finite element model of a large diameter tube and shell waste heat boiler is established and the stress analysis is made under seven kinds of different working conditions.The strength of the flexible tube sheet is evaluated under two kinds of most dangerous working conditions.And the axial stress of tube is also calculated under different working conditions.The results show that the non tube layout area of the flexible tube sheet without support has larger bending stress and becomes the main control stress under the shell side pressure.So in the calculation of flexible tube sheet,finite element stress analysis based on the primary structure method is adopted and it can effectively solve the strength problem of flexible tube sheet.
