农村养老服务体系存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：论文主要对农村社会养老服务体系建设问题进行研究,了解当前农村社会养老的现状,指出农村社会养老服务体系建设主要面临包括经济困难、精神慰藉缺乏、投入不足、敬老观念弱化等问题,最后从老年人自身、子女、政府和社会四个层面指出了建立完善农村社会服务体系建设的对策,希望可以为我国农村地区、农村社会服务体系建设问题提供指导和帮助。The paper has studied rural social old-age service system construction, to understand the current situation of rural social pension, noted that the construction of rural social old-age service system major economic difficulties faced include the lack of comfort, lack of investment, weakening the concept of respect for the elderly and other issues, and finally from the elderly themselves, their children, four levels of government and community pointed out the establishment of a sound rural social service system, hope may provide guidance and assistance to rural social service system in rural areas in China.
