摘　　要：为杜绝侵犯人权式的司法实践,侦查机关讯问犯罪嫌疑人必须依照法定程序,依照相关司法制度,由侦查机关的侦查人员就案件事实向犯罪嫌疑人进行查问。整个讯问程序必须遵照法律所规定的讯问制度、讯问原则和讯问理念来进行,同时还应以人为本,逐步形成与国际接轨适应时代发展需要和推动社会主义法治强国建设的刑事侦查制度。In order toprevent those j udidal practices which violate human rights,when investigating and questioningthe facts of the case to the criminal suspects, the Investigation Organs should go ahead in accordance with legal procedures, relevant judidalmechanism and legal system, principles and conceptions of interrogation. In addition,the people--oriented idea of nile of law should also be involved. In doing so, an investigationsystemthatwill keep up with the international trend, match with the development of the times, and promote the construction of the strong socialist power will be formed.
