2型糖尿病合并股浅动脉闭塞患者介入治疗的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并股浅动脉闭塞患者介入治疗的近期疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2016年5月我院收治的2型糖尿病合并股浅动脉闭塞患者117例,共117条患肢行介入治疗,比较患者手术前后的ABI、TBI水平,同时统计患者术后1、3、6个月的血管通畅率。结果患者术后ABI和TBI水平为(0.98±1.13)和(0.62±0.11),均高于手术前[(0.38±0.28)、(0.25±0.03)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后1、3、6个月血管畅通率分别为94.87%、87.18%、64.96%。结论介入治疗具有微创优势,且近期疗效较好,是2型糖尿病合并股浅动脉闭塞患者可选择的方法之一。Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of interventional therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes melli- tus complicated with superficial femoral artery occlusion.Methods 117 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with superficial arterial occlusion were selected in our research,who received interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016.The levels of ABI and TBI were compared before and after operations and the vascular patency rate was mea- sured at the 1st, 3rd and 6th month.Results The levels of ABI and TBI were （0.98±1.13） and （0.62±0.11） respectively significantly higher than those before operation [（0.38±0.28）,（0.25±0.03）] （P 〈0.05）.The vascular patency rate of patients were 94.87%,87.18%,64.96% at the lst,3rd and 6th month respectively.Conclusion Interventional therapy possesses the ad- vantage of minimally invasive and our research shows an ideal short-term efficacy,thus it provides a reliable option for type 2 diabetes patients with superficial femoral artery occlusion.
