英夫利西单抗联合甲氨蝶呤治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨英夫利西单抗联合甲氨蝶呤对活动性类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果以及安全性。方法选择某院2015年9月~2016年9月收治的70例活动性RA患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。给予对照组患者甲氨蝶呤治疗,给予研究组英夫利西单抗治疗+甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察两组的临床效果、临床症状改善情况、相关临床指标变化以及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的临床效果、症状改善情况及相关指标水平变化均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二药联合使用,具有临床效果优秀、作用快、症状控制速度迅速、抗炎作用强等特点,安全高效,可在临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Infliximab combined with Methotrexate treating active rheumatoid arthritis （RA）.Methods 70 patients with active RA admitted into some hospital from Septem bet 2015 to September 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,and there were 35 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given Methotrexate for treatment,and patients of re- search group were given Infliximab combined with Methotrexate.The clinical effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the change of the related clinical indexes and adverse reaction were compared in two groups.Results After treatment,the changes of clinical treatment effect,symptom improvement and related indicator level were significantly better than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of the two medicines has the characteristics of good clinical effect,fast action,speedy symptom control rate and strong antiinflammatory action and so on.h is safe and efficient so that it can be greatly promoted in clinic.
