我院2016年米索前列醇的不良反应情况与用药安全分析

摘　　要：目的比较我院2016年与以往四年(2012~2015年)米索前列醇不良反应情况,了解我院米索前列醇不良反应现状,为今后临床安全用药提出建议,以促进米索前列醇的合理使用。方法收集我院2016年及以往四年(2012~2015年)米索前列醇的不良反应报告信息,进行回顾性分析,并列表比较。结果在以往四年(2012~2015年)中,仅2015年上报1例关于米索前列醇的不良反应,反应类型为一般;而2016年上报5例,例数呈大幅上升趋势,且均为新的一般不良反应。例数上升的原因可能与不良反应监测工作的不断完善、药品使用越来越广泛、临床给药途径、患者用药交待等有关。结论由于不良反应例数增多与新的不良反应类型的出现,今后我院有必要加强米索前列醇的用药安全工作。Objective To compare the adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital in 2016 and the past four years （2012-2015）,and to understand the current status of adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital,so as to make suggestions for the future clinical safety medication,and to promote the reasonable aplication of Misoprostol.Methods The information of adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital in 2016 and the past four years （2012-2015） was collected, retrospectively analyzed and compared in table.Results In the past four years （2012-2015）,only 1 case of Misoprostol in- duced adverse reactions was reported in 2015,and the type of reaction was moderate.5 cases were reported in 2016,and the number of cases showed a sharp upward trend,and the adverse reactions were all new moderate adverse reactions.The reasons for the increase in the number of cases might be related to the continuous improvement of the monitoring work of adverse reactions,the increasingly wide use of drugs,the clinical route of administration,and patients＇medication.Conclu- sion Due to the increase in the number of adverse reactions and the emergence of new types of adverse reactions,it is necessary to strengthen the medication safety works of Misoprostol.
