血清IL-17和IL-35与变应性鼻炎发病相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者血清白介素-17(IL-17)和白介素-35(IL-35)表达与发病的关系。方法:收集30例变应性鼻炎患者(观察组)和20例正常对照者(正常对照组),用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清IL-35和IL-17的表达水平。结果:30例变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-17为(296.88±128.83)pg/mL,高于正常对照组(153.26±58.33)pg/mL(P<0.05);变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-35为(246.07±85.20)ng/L,低于正常对照组(359.19±90.43)ng/L(P<0.05)。血清IL-17与IL-35水平呈负相关(r=-0.401,P=0.028)。结论:IL-17和IL-35异常与变应性鼻炎发病相关,可能参与了变应性鼻炎的发病及发展。Objective： To explore the relationship of the serum level of Interleukin - 17 （ IL - 17） and Interleukin - 35 （ IL - 35 ） in patient with allergic rhinitis. Methods ： Thirty patients with allergic rhinitis and 20 normal control were collected. The ELISA method was used to detect the serum level of IL - 17 and IL- 35. Results：The serum level of IL - 17 in patients with allergic rhinitis was higher than that of normal control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the serum level of IL - 35 in patients with allergic rhinitis were lower than that of normal control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. There was a significantly negatively correlation between the serum level of IL - 17 and IL - 35 （ r = - 0. 401, P = 0. 028 ）. Conclusion ： The high expression of IL - 17 and IL - 35 might promote the development of allergic rhinitis.
