草木灰浸出液对青皮种子出苗率的影响研究

摘　　要：以草木灰、青皮优树种子为材料,开展草木灰浸出液浓度、浸种时间对青皮种子育苗出苗率影响的研究,结果表明:草木灰浸出液浓度对青皮种子育苗出苗率影响差异显著,浓度50~100g/100ml效果较好;浸种时间对青皮种子育苗出苗率影响差异不显著。Plant ash and seeds of Vatica mangachampoi were used as materials,effects of seedling emergence rate of Vatica mangachampoi seeds on ash leachate concentration and soaking time were studied.Results showed that ash leachate concentrations had significant effect on seedling emergence rate of vatica mangachampoi seeds.Theconcentration of 50~100g/100 ml showed better;soaking time on seed seedling emergence rate ofe was not significant.
