摘　　要：目的了解近5年来南部战区军队重大活动保障餐厅及招待所卫生情况。方法采取经常性卫生监督监测和重大活动定点保障的形式,对参与活动保障的15家餐厅和13家招待所的卫生监督监测结果进行分析。结果 15家餐厅和13家招待所卫生许可证办证率为100%、员工健康证办证率为95.3%,餐具消毒效果合格率为96.2%,招待所空气质量合格率除空气湿度指标外,其余均在93.3%以上,但空气湿度指标仅为76.7%。结论 15家餐厅和13家招待所的总体卫生情况较好。在重大活动保障中,重视菜单审定、现场快检和现场监督等环节,能确保任务圆满完成。Objective To investigate the sanitation status of restaurants and hostels for the major events of south- ern theater command during the past five years. Methods The sanitation surveillance results of 15 restaurants and 13 hostels involved into major events were analyzed by regular sanitation surveillance and fixed-point security. Results The holding rate of hygienic license and health certificate were 100% and 95.3%, respectively. The qualified rate of tableware disinfection efficacy was 96. 2%. The air quality rates of hostels were most above 93.3%, except the air humidity index was only 76. 7%. Conclusion Fifteen restaurants and thirteen hostels have better general hygiene situation. To ensure the successful completion of the task. we should do a good job in the routine supervision of major events, and Paying attention to order the meal, checking quickly and real-time field supervision insure the complete success of every major events.
