健全成都市中心城区污水处理费定价机制研究

摘　　要："政府定价"是市场经济国家政府重要经济职能之一,随着我国价格机制改革加快推进,污水处理定价面临新的价格改革导向。为此,构建城市污水处理费定价一般模型的基础上,分析了成都市中心城区污水处理费定价机制现状与问题,提出了实施阶梯式收费和全成本定价的建设,以及健全成都市中心城区污水处理费定价管理机制的具体举措。The government pricing is one of the important economic functions of market economy countries, along with the reform of the price mechanism in China to accelerate the sewage treatment ,facing new pricing price reform orientation. Therefore, the construction of foundation treatment fee pricing model of city sewage,analyzes the Chengdu city sewage treatment fee status and problems of pricing mechanism. Put forward the implementation step toll and full cost pricing of construction, and improve the management mechanism of the sewage treatment fee pricing in Chengdu city specific initiatives.
