摘 要:本文主要设计一种联合收割机内的旋风分离筒,使其实现小麦、稻谷和油菜的清选。以RNG k-ε模型分析湍流流场。使用Fluent的DPM模型进行分析。数值模拟实验得到结论:当入口速度为4 m/s,排杂口表压为-2 000 Pa时,小麦清选效果最好;当入口速度为4 m/s,排杂口表压为-2400 Pa,稻谷清选效果最好;当入口速度为4 m/s,排杂口表压为-1 000 Pa,油菜清选效果最好。最后改变小麦杂质的直径和密度,再次进行清选,观察发现当直径为2~3 mm,密度为200~350 kg/m3时,小麦的籽粒和杂质清选效果较好。This paper mainly designs and researches the separator cylinder which can be used in cleaning wheat,rice,and rape. The fluent turbulence model is RNG k-ε. The DPM model is used for the analysis. The numerical simulation has come to the conclusion. When the inlet velocity is 4m/s and the outlet pressure is-2 000 Pa,the cleaning effect of wheat is good; when the inlet velocity is 4m/s and the outlet pressure is-2 400 Pa,the cleaning effect of rice is good; when the inlet velocity is 4m/s and the outlet pressure is-1 000 Pa,the cleaning effect of rape is good. Finally,change the diameter and density of impurities. When the diameter is 2 ~ 3 mm and the density is 200~350 kg/m3,the cleaning effect of grain and impurities is good.
