膨体聚四氟乙烯密封材料在民机上的应用

摘　　要：民用飞机受经济效益影响的推动,在研发时对重量指标的要求愈加严苛,对维护时间与维护便利性的需求也越来越高。考虑到膨体聚四氟乙烯(e PTFE)用作密封材料具有许多优良的性能,近年来广泛运用于国外民用飞机的接触面密封以满足重量与维护性的需求。基于此,简述了膨体聚四氟乙烯密封材料在民机应用上的发展优势,给出国内民机常见应用范围。Driven by the economic benefits impact,the weight index requirement is increasingly stringent in the research and development of civil aircraft. The demand for maintenance time and maintenance convenience is also increasing.Considering that the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（ePTFE） used as a sealing material has many excellent properties,it has been widely used in civil aircraft in recent years to match the needs of weight and maintainability. This paper describes the development of the advantages of e PTFE sealing material in civil aircraft applications and gives the common field of application in domestic civil aircraft.
