摘 要:目的:观察不同复方中药制剂对SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量的影响。方法:选择断奶大鼠150只,随机分为对照组、组方一、组方二和组方三组,分别按体质量1.5 m L/kg、3.0 m L/kg、6.0 m L/kg灌胃中药复方,对照组灌胃3.0 m L/kg蒸馏水。分别于灌胃10 d、30 d、60 d后心脏采血并分离血清,测定总胆固醇含量,并经SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果:与对照组相比,灌胃复方中药制剂组方一组剂量为3.0m L/kg 30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P<0.01),剂量为6.0 m L/kg 10d、30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P<0.01);灌胃复方中药制剂组方二组各剂量组在10 d、30 d、60 d时与对照组比较,SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量减少,但差异不显著(P>0.05);灌胃复方中药制剂组方三剂量为6.0 m L/kg 30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:组方一可显著降低SD大鼠血清总胆固醇的含量,其中以6.0 m L/kg组复方中药制剂效果最为显著。Objective: To observe the effect of different compound Chinese medicine preparation on the serum total cholesterol of SD rats. Methods: 150 rats were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,the control,prescription groups,each group were intragastrical,the dose was divided into 1. 5 m L/kg,3. 0 m L/kg,6. 0 m L/kg according to body weight,after the start of the experiment 10 d,30 d,and 60 d,the serum was collected by heart blood collection,blood coagulation and centrifuge separation,using automatic biochemical analyzer testing,all data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with SPSS 20. 0 software. Results: Compared with the control group,the results show that the prescription one group serum total cholesterol content of 3. 0 m L/kg SD rat was significantly lower than the control group at 30 d and 60 d( P〈0. 01),the serum total cholesterol content of 6. 0 m L/kg SD rat was significantly lower than the control group at 10 d,30 d and 60 d( P〈0. 01); The prescription two group serum total cholesterol content of 1. 5 m L/kg,3. 0 m L/kg and 6. 0 m L/kg SD rat was lower than the control group at 10 d,30 d and 60 d,but the difference was not significant( P〈0. 05); The prescription three group serum total cholesterol content of 6. 0 m L/kg SD rat was significantly lower than the control group at 30 d and 60 d( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Prescription three can significantly reduce the content of serum cholesterol in SD rats; the effect of compound Chinese medicine preparation of 6. 0 m L/kg group was the most significant.
