摘 要:目的:研究新型碳纳米管/曙红修饰玻碳电极(MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE)的制备方法,建立差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)定量分析实际样品中叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)含量的新方法。方法:扫描电镜和电化学交流阻抗法研究电极表面形貌及其性能,循环伏安法研究TBHQ在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果:TBHQ在MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE上的氧化还原峰电位差从306 m V降至58 m V,说明修饰电极对TBHQ的电化学氧化具有较好的电催化活性。在优化的实验条件下,MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE的DPV响应电流与TBHQ浓度线性范围为0.5~100μM,检出限(S/N=3)为0.08μM。结论:此修饰电极重现性好、选择性高、稳定性强,应用于油品中TBHQ的测定回收率可达98.9%~101.1%。Objective: A new glassy carbon electrode modified with eosin Y and coated with multiwall carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs) film was fabricated and used for highly sensitive determination of tertiary butyl hydroquinone( TBHQ). Methods: The electrochemical properties of MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE were studied with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The electrocatalysis capability of MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE to TBHQ was investigated by cyclic voltammetry( CV) and differential pulse voltammetry( DPV)techniques. Results: Compared with the bare GCE,MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE exhibited outstanding electrocatalytic activity and the oxidation and reduction peak separation were decreased from 306 to 58 m V for TBHQ at MWCNTs/eosin Y/GCE. Under the optimal conditions,the oxidation peak currents were linear to TBHQ concentration in the range of 0. 5 ~ 100 μM with a detection limit of 0. 08 μM. Conclusion: Eosin Y/GCE exhibited excellent selectivity,reproducibility were successfully applied in the determination of TBHQ in soybean oil samples with recoveries of 98. 9% ~ 101. 1%.
